This is a technical sale, not a transactional one. Buyers in construction, manufacturing and cooling do not respond to pressure — they respond to someone who understands what they are building and can be relied on to deliver on the date they were promised.
You will own accounts end to end: find them, win them, and keep them.
What you will do
- Build a pipeline across construction, manufacturing, industrial and commercial buyers
- Understand each customer's application well enough to recommend the right product and grade
- Quote, negotiate and close both small orders and bulk supply contracts
- Work with production and logistics so what you promise is what gets delivered
- Keep accounts alive after the first order — repeat business is the job
What we are looking for
- A track record in B2B or industrial sales
- The discipline to build a pipeline rather than wait for enquiries
- Enough technical curiosity to speak credibly to an engineer or a site manager
- Honest with a customer about what we can and cannot do
Nice to have
- Existing network in construction, manufacturing or HVAC across Nigeria
