About the role

This is a technical sale, not a transactional one. Buyers in construction, manufacturing and cooling do not respond to pressure — they respond to someone who understands what they are building and can be relied on to deliver on the date they were promised.

You will own accounts end to end: find them, win them, and keep them.

What you will do

  • Build a pipeline across construction, manufacturing, industrial and commercial buyers
  • Understand each customer's application well enough to recommend the right product and grade
  • Quote, negotiate and close both small orders and bulk supply contracts
  • Work with production and logistics so what you promise is what gets delivered
  • Keep accounts alive after the first order — repeat business is the job

What we are looking for

  • A track record in B2B or industrial sales
  • The discipline to build a pipeline rather than wait for enquiries
  • Enough technical curiosity to speak credibly to an engineer or a site manager
  • Honest with a customer about what we can and cannot do

Nice to have

  • Existing network in construction, manufacturing or HVAC across Nigeria
