Guide clients through buying land and homes in Abuja — and make sure the documents are right before anyone pays.

Most property disputes in Nigeria trace back to a document nobody checked. Our whole proposition is that we check it first.
You will take clients from first enquiry to completed purchase — showing properties, arranging inspections, and making sure title and documentation are verified before money moves.
What you will do
- Advise clients on residential properties, land and investment opportunities
- Arrange and lead property inspections
- Verify ownership, title and documentation before a transaction proceeds
- Walk clients through the paperwork and payment terms without shortcuts
- Build a pipeline of buyers, and keep in touch with the ones who are not ready yet
What we are looking for
- Experience in real estate sales, or a strong reason you would be good at it
- Genuine familiarity with land documentation and the risks in it
- The integrity to tell a client to walk away from a bad plot
- Clear communicator — most of this job is explaining things properly
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Abuja and FCT property market
- Existing relationships with surveyors or land registry contacts
